You can order a replacement certificate of registration online under these conditions:

• It costs $20.25 and you can pay by Mastercard or VISA only. A card payment fee applies to all VISA and Mastercard payments.
• If you have a myVicRoads account and have electronic notifications enabled, you will receive an email that your certificate of registration is available in your account within 3 business days.
• If you do not have a myVicRoads account or have elected to receive all notifications by post, your replacement certificate will be sent to the address currently recorded on your registration certificate.
• If you need to update your address, please do this first and allow up to 72 hours for your details to be updated before buying a replacement registration certificate.
• Your replacement certificate will be sent to you within 10 business days.
• No refunds apply.
